/Privacy pledge

We measure how work gets done.
Never how a person performs.

Beamy only looks at the professional apps your company chooses.
No one is ever identified, and nothing we show can single out a person.

What Beamy is for

Understanding how work happens, at the level of roles, teams, processes & tools.

What Beamy is never for

Monitoring an individual, scoring individual productivity, or feeding a performance review.
Privacy by design

We apply four safeguards, in this order.

01

Whitelisting

Beamy only captures business applications, from a catalog of 60,000+. Personal apps, private browsing, login and payment pages are never captured, and personal use of work apps is filtered out. Your company can exclude any application.
02

Minimization

Beamy captures how apps are used, without taking screenshots. Passwords, amounts, card numbers, bank details, postal and IP addresses are masked on the device and stay there. Raw data stays in an environment dedicated to your company and is deleted after 30 days.
03

Pseudonymization

Identities are replaced by a hashed fingerprint, and never stored in clear. Activity is linked to this fingerprint, not to a name. Only organizational attributes such as team, role or country are attached to it, so work can be analyzed by group without knowing who is who.
04

Aggregation

We apply k-anonymization, which means results are only shown for groups of at least 7 people. Your company can raise this threshold, not lower it. There is no individual view in the platform, and Beamy refuses any request for individual-level data.

Beamy is committed to the most rigorous international security and privacy standards.

Intelligence you can trust

No training on your data

Your data is never used to train or fine-tune AI models.

No names sent to AI

AI only processes activity linked to hashed fingerprints, not to names.
“We never expose individual-level data. Insights stay at the level of roles, teams, tools and processes, to drive enterprise transformation, not to track individual performance.”
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Beamy protect individual privacy?

Protecting the people behind the data is the foundation of Beamy. Identities are replaced by a hashed fingerprint, and results are only shown for groups of at least 7 people. No one can see what a specific person does in the platform, not even your admins.

What does Beamy report?

Beamy is built to help organizations understand how work gets done at scale. We report aggregated insights on application usage, business processes and AI adoption, grouped by team, business domain or role. Reports do not include names, keystrokes, files, amounts or message content.

How does Beamy use AI?

We use AI to serve your transformation, not to learn from your data. Beamy turns usage signals into insights and recommendations that drive your transformation programs. AI only processes activity linked to hashed fingerprints, and your data is never used to train or fine-tune AI models.

How does Beamy encrypt data?

Your data is protected at every step. It is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher, and at rest with AES-256. Encryption keys are managed by Google Cloud.

Where is our data hosted?

Beamy is hosted in Europe on Google Cloud, in line with GDPR. Each customer's data runs in its own dedicated environment.
